Had some requests to post some more pictures. When I get the car out early next year, I'll get some more.

Follow along the restoration of a 1965 Ford Mustang convertible that was originally equipped with the high performance solid lifter 289 engine (K code). This convertible was scheduled to be built on February 10, 1965 at the San Jose, CA assembly plant.
Very sweet looking ride! Great job in the restoration. Looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor in 1965.
ReplyDeleteWonderful job to say the least on the restoration! I was going through some paperwork tonight and came across various documentation on this specific car dating back to the early '70's. This is Mike Epperson Jr, who's parents once owned this car. If you're interesed, I'd love to send you all this paperwork I have. I know it should be in your hands, and not mine.
